The Comprehensive Assessment Center is an out of network private practice provider (fee for service). This means our office does not contract directly with insurance companies. Patients will be provided with an invoice (insurance bill) that contains all of the pertinent information necessary for independent insurance submission should their insurance company cover such services.

Under certain circumstances, school districts may offer reimbursement either in full or part for independent evaluations, if such evaluations are requested by parents and agreed on by the district special education department.

Our office accepts all forms of payment (cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards).
